Rice's employee lenny chaseAfter retiring from UPS, Lenny was looking for a job to keep active and expand his love of the outdoors. Rice’s fit the bill, and over a year and a half later, we’re certainly glad it did. Lenny is an integral part of our softscape installation crew, installing planting designs for our design/build customers, as well as mulching, edging, pruning, and even snow removal. His attention to detail and friendly, fastidious manner make him a great addition to the team. When you see his smiling face during your project, you can be assured the job is done right.

When not on the job, Lenny enjoys biking, swimming, and weightlifting. Both he and his wife come from large families, and they spend a good deal of time traveling to Virginia to visit family, including his two children.
