You will receive a proposal for the work. The landscape liaison will be happy to answer any questions and work with you to ensure the proposal reflects any property enhancements you want to include.  

One Point of Contact  

With Residential Landscape Management from Rice’s, you have a full-service maintenance provider. We handle irrigation systems, lighting, fertilizer, pruning, mowing and more.  

Your landscape liaison can even handle the legwork and ensure work from a subcontractor is handled to your satisfaction, for work such as concrete, fencing, power washing, gutter cleaning and more.  

Our landscape liaisons will respond promptly to any requests. If you own more than one property, your liaison can handle them all.  

Add Property Enhancements 

Rice’s does not offer a la carte services, the residential landscape management program is a full-service, year-round plan of designated services. But one of the benefits of being a Rice’s residential landscape management client is the ability to add enhancements to your plan.  

Enhancements are one time projects, such as adding a feature or preparing for a special event at your property.
