"Rice's was one of the only landscaping groups in the area to respond to us immediately and also send a meticulous crew to do our work. The Landscape Maintenance/Account Manager, was an excellent communicator in regards to work, price, time-frame and adjustments. We're extremely pleased with the landscaping greenery, flowers and shrubs that were planted, as well as brick paver walkway that was installed. She also came up with a solution for a broken bottom, concrete step, which makes an even grander statement at our front door. We finally have some much-needed curb appeal at our near-century home! The crew (of three) was always on time (even early), was respectful of our need to come and go, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were also very accommodating in meeting both me and my husband at a convenient time, which generally had to be in the late afternoon/early evening. We highly recommend Rice's to do quality work, at a reasonable price, with excellent follow-up."
