"We have used Rice's for landscaping at our home in several stages over 3 years, including the beautiful waterfall feature. Their excellent work has completely changed our exterior and our neighbors are as delighted as we are. Kevin Rice and his teams have been wonderful to work with, he's accessible with great communication skills, in-depth knowledge & attention to detail; his crews are efficient, knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and quick to make adjustments onsite as needed. The landscape plans were clear & well-designed, and include color photos of the plants at maturity so we could see how they'd fit into our yard. The plants themselves were healthy and substantial, and come with a guarantee (Rice's was prompt to replace the few plants that didn't make the first year).
