"We have used Rice's for landscaping at our home in several stages over 3 years, including the beautiful waterfall feature. Kevin Rice and his teams have been wonderful to work with, he's accessible with great communication skills, in-depth knowledge & attention to detail; his crews are efficient, knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and quick to make adjustments onsite as needed. The landscape plans were clear & well-designed, and include color photos of the plants at maturity so we could see how they'd fit into our yard. The plants themselves were healthy and substantial, and come with a guarantee (Rice's was prompt to replace the few plants that didn't make the first year).
